Hotel Snapshot
Located in downtown Seattle, the W Seattle is a 424-room hotel known for its bold, modern design and vibrant connection to the city’s cultural core. With panoramic views and a reputation for luxury, the property continuously seeks innovative ways to enhance guest experience while meeting its sustainability commitments.
The Challenge
Traditional facial tissue comes in single-use cardboard packaging wrapped in plastic film. For W Seattle, this meant daily replacements by housekeeping and excess packaging waste that clashed with the hotel’s sustainability goals.
The team wanted a smarter solution that cut waste, reduced plastic use, and simplified housekeeping operations
The Solution
Fox Fold introduced its refillable bamboo toilet paper and facial tissue dispensers, designed to eliminate waste while offering a clean, elegant presentation. The compact format fit seamlessly into W Seattle’s rooms and supported their environmental targets by removing single-use plastics and cutting down on discarded products.
