Known for its rustic charm and environmental stewardship, Tigh-Na-Mara pairs elevated west coast hospitality with a deep respect for the local ecosystem. Through initiatives like waste reduction, water and energy conservation, and partnerships with sustainable suppliers, Tigh-Na-Mara is recognized as one of Vancouver Island’s premier environmentally responsible resorts.

The Challenge

For a hotel as sustainability-driven as Tigh-Na-Mara, they faced a common challenge: the hotel industry primarily supplies tree-based toilet paper and tissue in traditional roll formats, making it difficult for eco-conscious properties to avoid waste.

The Solution

Fox Fold helped remove that barrier, providing Tigh-Na-Mara with refillable bamboo toilet paper and facial tissue dispensers that eliminate half-used rolls and reduce plastic packaging, all leading to increased efficiency in consumable housekeeping products.

Beyond waste reduction, the sleek dispensers were custom-engraved to reflect Tigh-Na-Mara’s unique brand style, creating a memorable detail that guests notice and appreciate. The result is a solution that merges elevated west coast hospitality, guest comfort, and environmental stewardship, helping Tigh-Na-Mara further its reputation as a leader in sustainable resorts on Vancouver Island.
