Located in Toronto’s Historic Dominion Bank Building, One King West is a 575-room luxury boutique hotel celebrated for its refined design, exceptional service, and upscale amenities.

The Challenge

As part of their #OneKingforOnePlanet initiative, the hotel set ambitious goals: increase waste diversion to 80%, reduce single-use plastics, and roll out reusable amenity dispensers across all guest rooms.

But like many hotels, they faced a familiar challenge—half-used toilet paper rolls and facial tissue boxes creating avoidable waste and inflated costs. 

The Solution

As a Green Key-certified vendor, Fox Fold helped One King West take the next step in its green initiatives. The refillable bamboo toilet paper and facial tissue dispensers align with the hotel’s commitment to waste diversion, paper reduction, and reusable guest amenities.
